1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SurgaWin platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services offered. By accessing or using SurgaWin, you expressly accept and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use SurgaWin's services. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.

These Terms govern the contractual relationship between you and SurgaWin. In the event of any conflict between different language versions, the Malay version shall prevail.

2 Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use SurgaWin's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age 18 years of age or older on the date of registration.
• Residing in or accessing the service from a geographical area where such services are permitted.
• Has never been banned or suspended from the SurgaWin platform previously.
• Register only one (1) account only per individual, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.

Identity Verification (KYC)

SurgaWin reserves the right to request identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any time. Documents that may be required include:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) – front and back
• Bank statement or proof of the payment method used
• Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement)
• A selfie with your identification document (if requested)

Withdrawals may be held pending completion of the KYC process. This is a standard security measure to protect your account and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

3 Deposit & Payment Methods

SurgaWin only accepts deposits via approved payment methods listed on the platform. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

The minimum deposit limit is RM 10 per transaction. Maximum daily deposit limits may vary depending on your payment method and VIP tier. SurgaWin does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

SurgaWin is not liable for any deposit delays caused by third parties, technical issues beyond our control, or incorrect payment details provided by the member.

4 Fund Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your SurgaWin account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 30 per transaction
• Daily withdrawal limit (Standard Members): RM 10,000
• Daily withdrawal limit (VIP Members): up to RM 50,000
• Processing time: 4 to 24 hours depending on your VIP tier and chosen method

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account / e-wallet in your own name that has been verified through the KYC process.

Reasons Your Withdrawal May Be Delayed

• KYC not completed or requested documents not yet submitted
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been fully met
• Suspicious account activity is under investigation
• Withdrawal requests exceeding the set daily limit
• Technical issues or system maintenance

5 Bonus & Promotions

SurgaWin offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each promotional offer carries specific terms and conditions that must be read and understood before acceptance.

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement of between x15 and x35 before withdrawals are permitted. The exact requirements are specified in the respective promotional terms.
• Validity period: Standard bonus valid for 30 days from the date of credit. Any unused bonus after this period will expire automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.

6 Game Rules

All games available on SurgaWin — including baccarat, football, poker, live casino, table games, and slots — are operated in accordance with the rules established by SurgaWin and the respective game providers.

• All games use an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) system to ensure fairness.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, SurgaWin will review the system records and make a decision based on available data. SurgaWin's decision is final.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified.
• For Live Casino games, bets may only be placed within the timeframe permitted by the dealer. Late bets will not be accepted.
• SurgaWin reserves the right to void bets placed using incorrect odds or limits resulting from a technical error.

For football betting, including the Malaysia Super League and EPL, all outcomes are based on the official match result. Extra time, penalties, and free kicks are considered in accordance with the market rules selected at the time the bet was placed.

7 Account Security Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your SurgaWin account. This includes:

• Keeping your password secure and not sharing it with anyone.
• Ensuring that no one else has access to your account.
• Logging out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Reporting any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to the SurgaWin support team immediately.

8 Responsible Gaming

If an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, SurgaWin reserves the right to withhold any account balance associated with that breach. For account closures requested by the member with no breach involved, the account balance will be returned once all wagering requirements have been met.
